WHERE DOES DIMAZ SHIP?
Dimaz currently ships free worldwide. We offer our services to every part of the world. Your order will be shipped directly from our fashion studio, not from a warehouse or a drop shipper, ensuring a smooth experience.
Dimaz offers free international shipping worldwide. Your order will be shipped directly from our fashion studio using DHL, FedEx or UPS.
You can expect your order to arrive within 5-7 business days for standard shipping and 1-3 dyas for excpedited shipping. Please note that shipping and delivery times may vary depending on your location. We recommend contacting us for estimated delivery timeline.
International shipping can sometimes experience delays due to customs clearance or other factors. We will keep you updated on your order's status.

SHIPPING TIMES AND COST
All orders are shipped for FREE within 3-5 business days via DHL (Monday-Friday). If you need your order faster, express shipping options are available, however, for an additional cost.
ORDER PROCESSING
Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday). Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST (GMT-5:00) will be processed that same day.
ORDER TRACKING
You will receive email notifications with tracking information once your order ships. You can also track your order status on our Order Tracking page: here. Sometimes it takes 1-2 business days to register your shipment status. If your tracking information isn't updating after 1-2 business days, please contact us at hello@dimaz.com for assistance.
SHIPPING DELAY
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, there may be occasional delays due to unforeseen circumstances. In rare cases, there may be slight shipping delays due to material or size availability. We will notify you if this affects your order. We will also keep you updated on your order's status throughout the shipping process.
PACKAGING
All Dimaz orders are carefully packaged in a reusable tulle tote bag, adding a touch of eco-friendliness to your shopping experience.
DAMAGED ITEM
If you have been shipped a damaged item, please contact our customer service team within 2-3 days. For minor damage that can be repaired by a seamstress or laundry service, we will cover the cost of the service. For more significant damage, we will offer a replacement item and a discount based on the item's value and the extent of the damage. In some cases, a partial refund may be issued.
