Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your Dimaz purchase! However, if for any reason you need to return an item, we operate a 7-day return policy from the date you receive your order. You may apply for a return or exchange as long as the item purchased was not custom made or on sale and you file your return online within 7 days of receiving your delivery.

 

Returnable & Non-returnable Items

For an item to be returned, it must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, not customized with your own  measurements and in its original packaging. You will need to provide your receipt or proof of purchase, as it is a criteria to accept or initiate your return.

Custom products, such as special orders or personalized items cannot be returned. Personal care goods, items acquired or purchased during sales and gift cards cannot be returned too.

We do not accept returns for items used for events, photoshoots, or posted wearing on social media. Items must be unworn with all tags and in intact to be accepted. If your return arrives in less than the original condition we reserve the right to refuse the return and you will be responsible for return shipping to have the item sent back to you.

 

Initiating a Return

𐙚 We'll provide you with instructions and a return shipping label. This is applicable to defective items only.

𐙚 Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

 

Return Shipping

The return address will be emailed to you upon approval of your return. We will cover return shipping for defective items. However, customers are responsible for return shipping on unwanted items.

 

Refunds

Refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days. If your return package is lost in transit, please contact us immediately.

 

Damages and Issues

Kindly inspect your order upon arrival, If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at hello@dimaz.com.

 

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the unwanted item and place a separate order for the desired one. For defective items, a replacement will be sent immediately upon confirmation.
